What is my responsibility with those things in which I have been blessed? Are they all about me and for my own personal enjoyment? To lavish and obtain more and more for myself?
When I consider scripture, I begin to see glimpses of blessing and their purposes...
Genesis 12:2 "I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others."
Abraham was blessed... so that he could be a blessing to others.
I believe that I will be held accountable for the blessings that I have received and what I chose to do with them.
What about my blessings? Am I using them for my own enjoyment?... or looking to share? Am I focused on getting more? Or focused on giving of what I have?
I don't know about you, but it has me thinking...
