Precious Promise #8: Isaiah 49:15b-16a

Does a situation you are facing leave you feeling like you have been forgotten, overlooked or even neglected by God Himself? Be reminded that it is impossible for God to forget!  He promises us that He will not forget us.

In fact, He has our names engraved on the very palms of His hands. Our faces are ever before Him without the possibility of ever being removed or forgotten.

 Isaiah 49: 15b-16a

(NIV)
"I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands."

(Amplified)
"I will not forget you. Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands."

Definition of indelible:
* Impossible to remove, erase, or wash away; permanent: indelible ink.
* Unable to be forgotten; memorable: an indelible memory.

He has your name engraved on the palms of His hands. He has placed your face permanently before Him. He has not forgotten! He can not forget!

He has promised us He will not forget... and He is our God that keeps His promises!
