Shut My Mouth... Open My Ears

Recently when picking my son up from school, he began telling me about something. Our conversation went like this:

Me: Who told you that?

Son: Nobody. I don't talk much. I just listen to what others are saying. I hear and learn a lot when I do that.

Can I just say... instant conviction. I could learn a thing or two from that boy!

If I would just shut my mouth now and then I might be amazed at what I could actually hear!
